Warehouse Floors & Yards in Kariba

In a warehouse the floor is equipment. Joint condition, flatness and coating durability determine how fast handling equipment moves and how long it lasts.

Locally, one condition shapes most warehousing & logistics specifications here: Lodge and holiday properties need low-maintenance grounds that look presentable between visits.

• Durable coatings under continuous wheeled traffic
• Joint repair and crack treatment
• Aisle, racking and pedestrian demarcation
• Dust control for clean picking environments

On warehousing & logistics sites we usually specify these elements together so levels, drainage and finishes are resolved once rather than renegotiated between trades.

• Heavy-duty warehouse floor systems with joint treatment
• Traffic-lane and pedestrian-walkway marking
• Dust-proofing and sealing for storage areas
• External hardstand and truck-apron paving

Programme is planned around how the premises operate: trading or teaching hours, delivery windows, estate access rules and noise restrictions. Where a site cannot close, we phase the work zone by zone.

• Lodges and guest accommodation
• Holiday houses
• Marine and harbour premises
• Staff housing

We specify finishes against how the space is actually used — traffic, cleaning regime, chemical or water exposure and the standard of presentation expected — and hand over a written care schedule.
