Instant Lawn
Instant lawn gives an immediate finished surface, but it only survives if the bed under it is right. Level, soil depth, drainage and the first three weeks of watering do almost all the work.
We strip and level the area, add and compact topsoil, apply a starter fertiliser, lay the sod in staggered courses with tight joints, roll it in and set an irrigation programme for establishment.
