Grounds maintenance, not specialised industrial work
Our industrial grounds scope is general grounds maintenance: grass, beds, weeds, litter, pruning and irrigation around the site. It does not include hazardous-material handling, contaminated-land work, high-level tree felling or work inside live process areas — those remain with specialist contractors, and we coordinate around them where needed.
Working around operations
Access windows, vehicle routes and exclusion zones are agreed with the site manager before work starts. Grounds visits are planned around shift changes, deliveries and loading schedules, and floor work is programmed in bays or shutdown windows so production continues alongside it.

Send the site location, photographs, the approximate grassed, planted and hard-surface areas, and any operational constraints. Floor and grounds scopes are priced separately after assessment; recurring grounds maintenance follows a written scope at an agreed visit frequency.
