School Grounds & Floors in Sandton

Campus surfaces take punishment from hundreds of pupils a day. We favour robust, easily maintained systems and plan work around term dates.

Locally, one condition shapes most schools & education specifications here: High-value homes justify design-led detailing — feature lighting, specimen trees and precise paving setting-out.

• Safe, non-slip walkways and play surfaces
• Hard-wearing floors for halls and corridors
• Work compressed into school holidays
• Low ongoing maintenance costs

On schools & education sites we usually specify these elements together so levels, drainage and finishes are resolved once rather than renegotiated between trades.

• Artificial turf for play and sports areas
• Paved walkways, courts and assembly areas
• Durable coated floors for halls and passages

Programme is planned around how the premises operate: trading or teaching hours, delivery windows, estate access rules and noise restrictions. Where a site cannot close, we phase the work zone by zone.

• Luxury freestanding homes and clusters
• Penthouse terraces and podium gardens
• Corporate head offices and reception landscapes
• Hotels and high-end retail

We specify finishes against how the space is actually used — traffic, cleaning regime, chemical or water exposure and the standard of presentation expected — and hand over a written care schedule.
