Developer Landscaping & Flooring in Benoni

Developers need predictable programmes and repeatable specifications. We standardise the detail across units so quality holds from the show house to the last handover.

Locally, one condition shapes most property developers specifications here: Open, exposed gardens benefit from windbreak and screening planting.

• Repeatable specifications across many units
• Programme certainty around handover dates
• Show-unit finishes that sell the development
• Snag-free handover documentation

On property developers sites we usually specify these elements together so levels, drainage and finishes are resolved once rather than renegotiated between trades.

• Standardised garden, turf and paving packages per unit type
• Show-unit landscape and flooring feature work
• Common-area landscaping and hard surfacing
• Handover care schedules for buyers

Programme is planned around how the premises operate: trading or teaching hours, delivery windows, estate access rules and noise restrictions. Where a site cannot close, we phase the work zone by zone.

• Large-stand family homes
• Industrial and workshop premises
• Schools and sports facilities

We specify finishes against how the space is actually used — traffic, cleaning regime, chemical or water exposure and the standard of presentation expected — and hand over a written care schedule.
