Norton — Mashonaland West
We install garden design & installation on residential premises in Norton, Mashonaland West. Considered planting design, layout and installation — from concept drawing to fully planted beds. Work is specified in writing and programmed around how the site operates.
A garden design decides where you sit, what you look at, and what the space costs you in water and weekends. Good design settles those questions on paper before anything is planted.
In this sector the driving requirement is usually: A clear written scope so quotes can be compared honestly
Norton lies west of Harare near Lake Chivero, mixing residential growth with industrial and agricultural premises. That matters here because: Wind exposure on open stands favours screening and hardy boundary planting.
We produce a layout with bed lines, circulation, focal points and a planting palette selected for aspect, soil and water availability. Installation includes soil improvement, planting to spacing, staking, mulching and an establishment schedule.
Residential premises rarely close for a contractor. We sequence the work in zones, agree access and working hours before starting, and keep the site tidy daily so the rest of the premises stays usable.
We walk the site with you, take measurements, note levels, drainage, sun and access, and understand how you want to use the space.
We produce a layout, material palette and written specification so you can see exactly what is being built before anything is ordered.
A line-item quotation priced against the specification — materials, preparation, labour and timelines, with no hidden allowances.
Clearing, levelling, excavation, sub-base, drainage and edge restraints. Preparation is where a landscape or floor is won or lost.
Our own crews install to the agreed specification with staged quality checks and daily site tidy-ups.
Final walk-through, snag list, and a written care schedule so the finish performs for years, plus optional maintenance visits.
