Tembisa — Gauteng
We install instant lawn on warehousing & logistics premises in Tembisa, Gauteng. Rolled instant lawn laid onto a prepared, levelled and irrigated bed for a finished lawn in a day. Work is specified in writing and programmed around how the site operates.
Instant lawn gives an immediate finished surface, but it only survives if the bed under it is right. Level, soil depth, drainage and the first three weeks of watering do almost all the work.
In this sector the driving requirement is usually: Durable coatings under continuous wheeled traffic
Tembisa is one of Gauteng's largest townships, a dense Ekurhuleni settlement of compact stands, growing commercial strips and community facilities where hard-wearing, low-water surfaces matter more than ornamental planting. That matters here because: Stands are compact and mostly hard-surfaced, so paving layout, falls and a defined stormwater outlet matter more than lawn area.
We strip and level the area, add and compact topsoil, apply a starter fertiliser, lay the sod in staggered courses with tight joints, roll it in and set an irrigation programme for establishment.
Warehousing & Logistics premises rarely close for a contractor. We sequence the work in zones, agree access and working hours before starting, and keep the site tidy daily so the rest of the premises stays usable.
We walk the site with you, take measurements, note levels, drainage, sun and access, and understand how you want to use the space.
We produce a layout, material palette and written specification so you can see exactly what is being built before anything is ordered.
A line-item quotation priced against the specification — materials, preparation, labour and timelines, with no hidden allowances.
Clearing, levelling, excavation, sub-base, drainage and edge restraints. Preparation is where a landscape or floor is won or lost.
Our own crews install to the agreed specification with staged quality checks and daily site tidy-ups.
Final walk-through, snag list, and a written care schedule so the finish performs for years, plus optional maintenance visits.
