Landscaping for Government & Public Sector Sites in Centurion

Landscaping is the discipline of making an outdoor space work as well as it looks: how water leaves the site, where the sun falls in winter, how you move from the gate to the front door, and what the garden asks of you every weekend.

In this sector the driving requirement is usually: Durable finishes under uncontrolled public traffic

Centurion is estate country. A large share of properties sit inside security or golf estates with architectural guidelines, which shapes both what can be built and how work gets onto site. That matters here because: Estate access rules mean deliveries, working hours and contractor accreditation need planning into the programme.

• Estate design guidelines often govern paving colour, wall heights and boundary planting — worth checking before a design is finalised.
• Estate access rules mean deliveries, working hours and contractor accreditation need planning into the programme.
• Newer developments often hand over on compacted builder's fill, so ripping and topsoil replacement are usually needed before any lawn goes down.
• Compact stands put a premium on artificial turf, decking and lighting to make small gardens fully usable.

We take a property from survey and concept through to a finished landscape. That includes setting levels and drainage, structural planting, lawn or turf, paving and steps, irrigation, and lighting. Working across landscaping and flooring means the driveway, patio, deck and interior floor are specified together instead of being negotiated between three contractors on site.

• Full landscape master plan with planting palette and material schedule
• Level changes, terracing and structural retaining
• Drainage, stormwater management and soil preparation
• Lawn, turf, beds, feature trees and screening
• Lighting and irrigation integrated at build stage, not retrofitted

Government & Public Sector premises rarely close for a contractor. We sequence the work in zones, agree access and working hours before starting, and keep the site tidy daily so the rest of the premises stays usable.

• One design intent carried across every element of the property
• Planting chosen for local climate and water availability
• Reduced long-term maintenance through correct plant spacing and mulching
• Measurable increase in kerb appeal and usable outdoor space
